A Mexican customer tells me why they switched suppliers

Last week, a Mexican customer inspected the goods in the workshop. Five pallets of AM hard labels were prepared for shipment to Mexico City.

I asked him a question: "Who's the supplier you used before? Why did you switch?"

He listed three reasons.

Reason 1: The previous labels couldn't be opened

"We previously used hard labels, and sometimes the lock-picking tools couldn't open them. When customers were queuing at the checkout counter, the labels couldn't be removed, and the cashiers had to try several times. The customers got impatient, and the cashiers were also annoyed."

"Previously, the supplier only communicated via email. When a problem occurred, they sent an email, waited for a reply, and then waited for a solution. Sometimes a false report of a problem could take one or two weeks to resolve."
