From Order to Delivery — What Steps Does an EMENO EAS Antenna Go Through

When customers are in a hurry, they often ask EMENO: "Can you ship faster?" I understand — store openings have deadlines, and delays affect business.

But an EMENO AM antenna goes through several steps from order to shipment. You can't rush them.

Step 1: Stock check and production scheduling

EMENO keeps regular stock of popular models — AM8208, AM8089, AM9800X. But if you need custom colors or special configurations, we need to schedule production.

EMENO has one assembly line dedicated to orders. Right now, it's running a 300-unit AM9800X order for a European customer. That'll take about another week. Your order is next in line, but it won't start until the week after.

Step 2: Assembly and testing

The AM100 mainboard goes into the housing. Wiring, sealing, power-up, tuning. EMENO doesn't just power on and call it done — we run detection range tests, confirm left and right antenna synchronization, and verify the LED lighting on AM9800X or AM8089 is working properly.

A single EMENO EAS antenna takes about half a day from start to finish under normal conditions. If something's off, it takes longer.

Step 3: Packaging and palletizing

EMENO uses two packaging options: single-unit and two-unit boxes. AM8208 comes standard as two units per carton. AM9800X and AM8089 are usually single-unit due to their larger size.

Beyond packaging, we palletize. Cartons go on pallets, then stretch wrap, strapping, and labels. North American customers often ask EMENO for photos of the pallet before shipping — they want to see that the wrap is tight and the strapping is secure.

Step 4: Container loading

The final step is loading the pallets into the container. EMENO has a loading plan: what goes in first, what goes in last, heavy items on one side, lighter on the other.

In early June, we shipped 5 pallets of AM hard tags to Mexico. The loading took two hours longer than usual because the customer's requested stacking order was different from our standard plan. EMENO had to reorganize.

Can you compress the lead time? Yes — but there's a trade-off.

If you're in a hurry, we can shorten some steps — use stock items instead of scheduling production, reduce testing time. But the risk is: if you receive an EAS antenna with issues, resolving them later will take even more time.

EMENO's AM antennas are sold in over 100 countries. That's built on consistency, not speed. A Brazilian customer first contacted EMENO at a trade show in February. He didn't place a trial order until May. He spent those three months doing comparisons. After the trial order, he signed a formal agreement in July.
