How many checkpoints does an AM antenna need to pass from China to Brazil

Last month, a batch of AM8208 was sent to Brazil. After the customer received the goods, they took a photo and sent it to me. The appearance of the carton was intact, and when opened, the antenna showed no scratches. He asked, "How did you package it?"

This question hit the nail on the head. From the EMENO factory to the overseas customer's warehouse, the AM antenna needs to go through several steps such as loading containers, sea transportation, unloading, and land transportation. If the packaging is not done properly, when it reaches the customer, it will be just a pile of scrap metal.

The packaging of EMENO's antennas consists of two layers. The inner layer is pearl cotton, which wraps the antenna body to prevent vibration and scratches during transportation. The outer layer is a five-layer corrugated cardboard box. AM8208 is packed in one box for two antennas, and the box size is 1590*490*245mm. AM9800X and AM8089 are larger in size and are usually packed individually in one box.

The outside of the carton also needs to be wrapped with pallets. EMENO uses standard export pallets. After the carton is properly stacked, it is wrapped with film, reinforced, and labeled. North American customers often ask us to take photos of the pallet and send them over - they want to see if the film is tight enough and if the reinforcement is adequate.

A Mexican customer previously told us about an incident. He bought a batch of AM antennas from another supplier, and after receiving the goods, he found that three of the shells were cracked. That supplier used a three-layer cardboard box without pearl cotton. Later, he switched to EMENO's AM8208 and sent two batches of goods. None of them were damaged.

The AM100 motherboard of EMENO undergoes an on-off test before packaging to confirm the normal detection distance. The test data is recorded and can be requested by the customer if needed.

From the EMENO factory to the customer's hands, once the packaging is passed, the rest of the matters can be discussed.
