The question I get most often: "What's the difference between these EAS antennas? Which one should I choose?"
EMENO's AM9800X is our long-range model. Soft labels detect up to 1.8-2.0 meters. Hard tags detect up to 2.0-3.0 meters. It's designed for supermarkets and hypermarkets with wide checkout lanes. Acrylic housing. Blue LED lighting, green flashing on alarm.
AM8089 is also acrylic, but with side cable routing — cables come out from the side, not the bottom. No floor channeling required. Perfect for clothing stores and cosmetics shops that are already decorated and don't want to damage their floors. Detection range: soft labels 1.6-1.8 meters, hard tags 1.8-2.8 meters.
AM8208 is ABS. 4.7kg per unit. Two units per carton. Ideal for convenience stores and overseas distributors — lightweight, saves on shipping. Same detection range as AM8089.
In one sentence:
Wide aisles, need distance → AM9800X
No floor damage, need aesthetics → AM8089
Lightweight, save shipping costs → AM8208
All three run on EMENO's self-developed AM100 or AM100E mainboards. All support mobile APP tuning and remote tuning. Whichever model you pick, the goal is the same — reliable EAS performance with hardware you can actually reach someone about.
